Just a few lines here to express our appreciation for the prompt and professional installation of our drain pipe system. We were so very impressed with the expertise and attitude of both Quinten and Randall during the two days that they worked to install the new system and preserve the existing landscape for us. Our home will be going on the market in a week and we were concerned about the impact on the existing lawn area. It was important to us to have this remedial work completed prior to putting the property up for sale as the old drain tile system which was installed 10 years ago had become completely dysfunctional. We had a small window of time for this project to be completed and Twin Oaks not only got the job done in time, but also completed it in a five star manner.

Just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with your crew on installing the French Drain this week.

Winston, Quintin and Billy work well as a team, and they were very courteous and willing to explain each step of the process as they were installing the drains. The workmanship is great and when the project was completed, you can hardly notice where the drains were installed. Everything was back in place, neat and clean. In terms of taking out plant materials, using particular stones, etc. for the open outlets in back, the crew always asked before doing the final part, if they could do something or use something—they consulted with us first.

We really appreciate being able to be part of what was going on at the time. Please let Winston, Quintin and Billy know that we felt very comfortable and pleased with their work.

Steve….I believe the crew chief for the Woods is Dave (He is the chief jockey of the mower in our area.)  He is terrific.  Today was a challenge…rain on the horizon….a myriad of freshly seal coated driveways that had been delayed by early week weather.  All of this came to a head in a land locked area in front of our home and neighbors. No way to mow unless drive across “new” driveways.  I was about to send you an email when Dave appeared at the front door saying he would talk to you about coming back to mow this area Monday….an area that has really tall growth.  This is a young man who REALLY cares!!!  I will proceed with my planned email.
