Snowdrops
These dainty little flowers are among the first to bloom in the spring. They must be planted in the fall, so make a note of this if you would like to see them in your garden next spring!
Snowdrops grow 4-6” tall, and will naturalize over time. The flowers last several weeks, and will grow in partial shade to full sun. They prefer a moist rich soil. The cultivar called ‘Flore-Pleno’ (pictured below) has interesting double flowers.
